Should I get Yearly or Lifetime?
If you'll use Glide Shot for more than 5 years, Lifetime costs less. If you'd rather try it first, start with Yearly.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Request one from your account or just email us.
What happens if I switch from Yearly to Lifetime?
Switch within 90 days of your last yearly payment and whatever you paid then comes off the price. Your yearly subscription is canceled.
What does Lifetime cover?
Every feature in the app and every future update. Services with ongoing server costs (like cloud sharing) are offered separately.
Is there a monthly plan?
No. Payment fees push the price up on small monthly charges; the yearly plan works out to $3.25 a month.
Is there a free trial?
No need: Free unlocks every feature without a credit card. Pro features only add a watermark when you export.
What do I pay after a discounted first year?
Promotional discounts on the yearly plan apply to the first year only; it renews at $39/year. We spell this out at checkout too.
How many Macs can I use it on?
Up to 3 Macs on one account. You can remove a Mac from your account page and connect a new one.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Pro stays active for 14 days without internet and renews automatically once you're back online.
How does payment work?
Through Paddle. Paddle is the merchant of record, so invoices and taxes are handled automatically for your country.
